Challenge
Cohero’s coaching programmes deliver measurable performance gains, yet its visual presence felt generic and inconsistent. Prospective clients struggled to connect the firm’s premium, data‑driven approach with a logo and colour scheme that lacked distinction, and internal teams had no clear guidelines for presenting slide decks, proposals, or social content. The brand needed to project authority and energy in equal measure—instantly signalling that Cohero is the trusted partner‑in‑your‑corner for ambitious founders and executives.
Solution
Through a focused discovery session we distilled Cohero’s “co‑pilot for growth” ethos into two creative routes, then refined the chosen direction into a complete identity system: primary and secondary logo marks, a bold blue‑and‑green palette, modern sans‑serif typography, and a succinct elevator pitch with supporting tagline. A six‑page brand guide and real‑world mock‑ups (business cards, social tiles, slide cover) equipped the team to roll out the new look immediately. The result is a cohesive, high‑confidence brand that now aligns with Cohero’s results‑driven coaching and sparks client trust from the first touchpoint.
